What to Expect

Where is my order produced?
Our product is manufactured completely in the U.S.A. – we have one dedicated facility and all pieces are produced by the same machines and staff. This aspect of production assures quality and consistency across all the products we manufacture.
What are the finishes like of the Arrange Closet System?
We have selected a balanced, neutral white laminate finish that will complement any color palette and decor style. The White Oak and Natural Oak textured woodgrains offer a unique option to further customize the pieces, providing an overall sophisticated look and feel. Soft feel edges complete the overall finish, maintaining the neutral aesthetic. All units are constructed with double-sided, thermally fused laminated boards, utilizing glue and dowel construction. All board edges are banded with ABS 1mm thick banding, offering soft feel edges. ABS is a green alternative to PVC edge banding. With extremely high quality construction and secure wall installation methods, these units will last.
Can I move them or take them with me?
Yes! These units are like furniture – you can relocate and re-configure as your needs change. Simply unscrew from the wall to relocate, then re-attach to a new wall. Be sure to specify that the closet units are not part of the sale transaction if you plan to move the units with you to a new house or apartment. Since we manufacture everything in one dedicated facility, we can assure you that as your storage needs grow, you can add on to existing units and all pieces will align and become interchangeable.
What do I need to install the Arrange Closet System?

You’ll just need a hammer and screwdriver to assemble the units. If you run into any issues, customer service is here to help. Detailed instructions and hardware are provided. With pre-notched bottoms and pre-aligned connection bolt locations, we’ve taken the variables into account and provided clear guidelines to help you install your closet properly. Wall anchors and screws are provided with your kit as well.

Return Policy

90-Day Return Policy
We accept authorized returns within 90 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. Items being returned must not have been assembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error. Winsett will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, or additional repair expenses, caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. If your shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and refer to our Return Procedure (below). Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive missing, damaged, or incorrect parts, please call us immediately (706-487-4143) so we can assist you in processing a return for replacement or refund. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 90 calendar days for all products, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.
Return Procedure
In order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, call our facility at 706-487-4143. Mondays to Sundays from 9am to 5pm EST; (6am to 2pm PST) All items for return must be packaged securely. Please check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs. We will not be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging.
Return Shipping
Arrange is not responsible for any return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.
Refund Processing
Refunds are normally processed and credited within 24-72 business hours after our facility receives your item(s). Once the returned item(s) has/have been inspected and processed, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the item(s) you ordered. You will receive a “credit approved” e-mail the day your refund is processed. If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business day(s) for your financial institution to reflect the credit back on your account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return the product. See our Return Policy for more details. You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving our order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be canceled after receiving our electronic Order Confirmation email. 5-Year Limited Warranty

5-Year Limited Warranty

Winsett provides limited warranty coverage to the original purchaser of this product for a period of five years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship of Winsett product components. As used in this Warranty, “defect” means imperfections in components which substantially impair the utility of the product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

There is no warranty coverage for defects or conditions that result from the failure to follow product assembly instructions, information or warnings, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, fire, flood, alteration or modification of the product, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. There is also no warranty coverage for rented products or any products purchased “used” or “as is”, at a distress or going-out-of business sale, or from a liquidator.

As the exclusive remedy under this Warranty, Winsett will (at its sole option) repair, replace or refund the value of any defective furniture component. Winsett may require independent confirmation of the claimed defect and proof of purchase. Replacement parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. WINSETT SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY for ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND and all such damages are EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY, such as loss of use, disassembly, transportation, labor or damage to property on or near the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This Warranty applies only to warranted defects that first arise and are reported to Winsett within the warranty coverage period. The Warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users of the product, and it shall be immediately void in the event the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person other than the original purchaser.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. Under the laws of certain states, there may be no implied warranties from Sauder and all implied warranties, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are disclaimed where allowed by law. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY or the minimum period allowed by law, whichever is shorter. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
